Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No Refunds or exchanges after point of sale.
In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, you must be notify us via email or website chat within 24 hours of receiving your jewellery with picture evidence. In this scenario, a replacement will be arranged and you will required to send back the faulty item.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
