Standard Shipping Time is 3-4 weeks, in some cases this can vary. For orders required sooner than this please contact us via email on email@example.com or whatsapp on +447896705464 to confirm timescales prior to placing your order
International couriers are sent by DHL express.
National couriers are sent by Royal Mail unless during strike action whereby, the next best alternative (DHL or DPD) is used.
Clients need to specify the COMPLETE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.
The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof.
The user is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At TJT we do our best to deliver within the agreed time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
TJT is not responsible for items dispatched to wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out
